Avoid all of the following - Wearing tight clothing - Applying make up deodorant or anything perfumed - Sports, gym work or other exercise -Fake tan - Hot baths / Showers - Saunas or Steam Rooms - S Swimming, Sunbathing, Sunbeds or exposure to UV lights -
